We are available for you at reception from 8:00-11:00 and 16:00-18:00.

Check-in/-out

Check-in is from 8:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 18:00.

Check-out is until 10:00 am.

Breakfast

Our breakfast buffet is prepared for you from Mon-Fri from 7:30-9:30 am and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00-10:00 am. Breakfast is always included.

Travel cancellation insurance?

We know from experience that despite all the anticipation of the booked stay, something can always come up at short notice i.e. severe weather, or public transport strike. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiserversicherung.

Location

Haus St. Benedikt is located in the heart of Salzburg’s old town, just a few minutes’ walk from all the attractions such as Mozart’s birthplace, the fortress, the residence and the cathedral. Stroll through the old town and enjoy the historical flair.

How to get here

By car:
Our hotel does not have a car park. If you arrive by car, we therefore recommend that our guests park in the Mönchsberggarage (=Altstadtgarage Mitte Parkhaus B, Hildmannplatz 1, 5020 Salzburg). From there, choose the exit “Festspielhäuser” and you will come out of the garage right next to our house. You get a 30% discount ticket with check-out at the reception.

The best way to reach us from the railway station is by bus no. 1.

The best way to reach us from the airport is by bus no. 10

(on Sundays and public holidays also bus lines 2+1).

The following applies to both:

Get off at “Herbert-v.-Karajan-Platz”. Walk towards the fortress, along the Festspielhaus, then turn right into the Toscaninihof and left into the inner courtyard. You will find our entrance in the left-hand corner.
